- Fill a large wine glass with ice until it is very full.
- Add the mint leaves and gently clap them between your hands before adding them to the glass.
- Squeeze in a lime wedge, and toss the wedge into the glass.
- Pour in 1 to 1.5 ounces of elderflower liqueur (or adjust if using syrup).
- Add 4 ounces of chilled Prosecco.
- Top with 1 to 2 ounces of soda water.
- Stir gently one or two times to mix without losing the bubbles.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or strength as desired.
