Ingredients
  

Wrap Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas Can substitute with pita or naan
  • 8 slices Ham Can substitute with turkey or rotisserie chicken
  • 8 slices Cheese Any type of melting cheese (Swiss, cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Optional for added flavor
  • 1 cup Spinach For a meatless option
  • 1 small Tomato Thinly sliced for extra flavor, use sparingly to avoid sogginess

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Layer slices of ham and cheese in the center of the tortilla, being careful not to overfill.
  3. Optional: Add Dijon mustard and vegetables if desired.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly to form a wrap.
  5. Spritz the outside of the wrap with cooking spray.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  3. Air fry for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
  4. Cook an additional minute if you want the cheese extra gooey, but watch closely.
Serving
  1. Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let cool slightly before slicing.
  2. Serve warm with your choice of side dishes.

Notes

Leftovers can be wrapped in foil and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
