Preparation
- Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Layer slices of ham and cheese in the center of the tortilla, being careful not to overfill.
- Optional: Add Dijon mustard and vegetables if desired.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Spritz the outside of the wrap with cooking spray.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the wraps in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Air fry for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
- Cook an additional minute if you want the cheese extra gooey, but watch closely.
Serving
- Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve warm with your choice of side dishes.
Notes
Leftovers can be wrapped in foil and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
