  2. In a bowl, melt the butter, then stir in honey and mustard. Taste and adjust sweetness or sharpness as desired.
  3. Toss the pretzel bites in the coating until lightly covered.
  4. Sprinkle onion powder, optional garlic powder, and a small pinch of salt. Toss again to combine.
  5. Spread the pretzel bites on a lined baking sheet, giving them space to avoid steaming.
