Preparation
- Boil the noodles first. Cook egg noodles in salted water until just tender.
- Pat the chicken dry, toss with salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with oil. Sear the chicken in batches until golden brown.
- Lower heat, add garlic to the pan for about 30 seconds, then stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and water/broth. Simmer until glossy.
- Toss cooked chicken in the sauce until well-coated.
Serving
- Serve chicken and sauce over buttered egg noodles with optional garnishes.
Notes
For extra veggies, consider adding steamed broccoli or sautéed green beans. Adjust sweetness or saltiness of the sauce as per taste.
