- Blend the milk, sweetened condensed milk, and chocolate flavor (chocolate syrup or cocoa plus sugar) until totally smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze for about 45 to 60 minutes until it reaches a thick slushy texture around the edges.
- Scoop the mixture back into the blender. If desired, add whipped topping or a splash of cream and blend until creamy.
- Serve immediately for a spoonable texture. If too thick, add a tiny splash of milk and blend again.
Notes
Best served fresh, but can be stored for 1-2 weeks. Press plastic wrap on the surface to reduce icy crystals when storing. Re-blend with a splash of milk if too firm when serving.
