Ingredients

For the cold foam
  • 0.5 cup Strawberries, chopped Fresh or thawed frozen
  • 0.33-0.5 cup Milk or cream Use heavy cream for thick foam, or lighter options for less thickness.
  • 1-2 teaspoons Sweetener Can use sugar, honey, maple syrup, or simple syrup.
  • 1 splash Vanilla extract Optional
  • 1 pinch Salt Optional

Method

Preparation
  1. Blend strawberries and sweetener until smooth. Strain if you want zero seeds.
  2. Add milk or cream to the strawberry mixture and blend or stir to combine.
  3. Froth the mixture using a handheld frother or blend for a few seconds until airy and slightly thick.
  4. Spoon the cold foam on top of your iced drink right away.

Notes

Store any leftover foam in a covered jar in the fridge for 1 to 2 days. It may separate; re-froth or shake before use. For a quick shortcut, substitute fresh strawberries with strawberry jam.
