Preparation
- Mix cocoa powder and protein powder together in a small bowl to prevent clumping.
- In a blender or food processor, combine Greek yogurt, dry mix, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth. If too thick, add milk one teaspoon at a time to adjust consistency.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Let the mousse chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for best texture.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
Notes
Use thick yogurt for optimal texture. Do not overdo the sweetener at the start. Letting it chill improves texture and flavor.
