Preparation

  2. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until set, about 18-22 minutes.
  3. Let the egg muffins cool and store them in the fridge.
  4. For overnight oats, mix oats, milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and desired flavorings for a convenient breakfast.
  5. For chia pudding, mix chia seeds with milk, vanilla, and sweetener, then let it thicken overnight.

  1. Grab two or three egg muffins and pair them with fruit, toast, or yogurt.
