Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt optional
Candy and Colorings
  • 1-1.5 cups candy corn for mixing and topping
  • as needed food coloring: yellow and orange gel works best, but liquid is fine

Method

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper, leaving a little overhang.
  2. In a saucepan on low heat, add the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and butter. Stir slowly and constantly until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Divide the mixture into three bowls. Leave one bowl white, color one bowl yellow, and color one bowl orange.
Layering
  1. Pour the orange mixture first into the lined pan, followed by the yellow mixture and then the white mixture.
  2. Sprinkle candy corn on top and gently press it in.
Chilling
  1. Chill in the fridge for about 2 to 3 hours, or until firm enough to cut.
  2. When cutting, wipe your knife between cuts for cleaner layers.

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container. Use parchment or wax paper between layers. Keep in fridge if your home is warm. Let sit at room temp for 10 minutes before serving if too firm.
