Preparation of Cream Layer
- In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, mascarpone (if using), honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tanginess as desired.
Preparing the Coffee Dip
- Pour the cooled coffee into a shallow bowl.
- Optionally, add extra espresso powder or coffee liqueur for a stronger flavor.
Assembling the Tiramisu
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee, one quick dip per side.
- Layer the dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
- Spread a layer of the yogurt mixture on top.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and another layer of cream.
Chilling the Tiramisu
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight for best texture.
Finishing Touch
- Dust with cocoa powder right before serving to avoid dampness.
Notes
