Ingredients

Crust
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs Store bought or crushed at home
  • 4 tablespoons Melted butter
Filling
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk Full fat recommended for best texture
  • 12 ounces Frozen lemonade concentrate Thawed just enough to stir
  • 8 ounces Whipped topping Freshly whipped cream can also be used
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest Optional, for garnish
  • 1 pinch Salt Optional, to enhance flavor

Method

Preparation
  1. Stir graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until everything looks like wet sand. Press it firmly into a pie dish.
  2. Freeze the crust briefly for 10 minutes to help it hold together.
Filling
  1. In a bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate.
  2. Fold in whipped topping until smooth and fluffy. Do not overmix.
Assembly
  1. Spoon filling into the crust and smooth the top.
  2. Cover and freeze until solid, usually at least 6 hours or overnight for best results.
Serving
  1. Let the pie sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing for easier serving.
  2. Garnish with extra lemon zest if desired and serve.

Notes

Use full fat sweetened condensed milk for better texture. Adjust the tanginess by adding more lemon zest or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
