Preparation
- Stir graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until everything looks like wet sand. Press it firmly into a pie dish.
- Freeze the crust briefly for 10 minutes to help it hold together.
Filling
- In a bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate.
- Fold in whipped topping until smooth and fluffy. Do not overmix.
Assembly
- Spoon filling into the crust and smooth the top.
- Cover and freeze until solid, usually at least 6 hours or overnight for best results.
Serving
- Let the pie sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing for easier serving.
- Garnish with extra lemon zest if desired and serve.
Notes
Use full fat sweetened condensed milk for better texture. Adjust the tanginess by adding more lemon zest or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
