Ingredients

For the Punch Base
  • 5 cups 100 percent cranberry juice, unsweetened for a bold, tart base
  • 2 cups Orange juice, preferably no pulp
  • 4 cups Ginger ale or lemon-lime soda for fizz
  • 1/4 cup Fresh lime juice for a bright pop
  • Simple syrup or honey to taste
For Garnish
  • 1 cup Fresh fruit: orange slices, lime rounds, rosemary sprigs, and cranberries for decoration and aroma
  • Ice ring or big ice cubes to keep the punch cold without fast dilution

Method

Preparation
  1. Chill all ingredients before mixing.
  2. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine cranberry juice and orange juice. Stir in lime juice.
  3. Taste the mixture and sweeten lightly with simple syrup or honey as needed.
  4. Add ginger ale right before serving for maximum sparkle.
  5. Float the fruit and add an ice ring to keep the punch cold and attractive.

Notes

Consider labeling the punch and offering a separate pitcher with spirits for those who want to spike their drink. Can be prepared up to 48 hours ahead without adding soda.
