- In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Sprinkle in ranch seasoning and mix well.
- Gently fold in drained Rotel, corn, black beans, and shredded cheese.
- If using, add chopped jalapeño and green onions.
- Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
Drain all canned ingredients well to keep the dip from getting watery. It can be made ahead of time for better flavor.
