Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix chopped cranberries, jalapeño, green onion, lime juice, and sweetener. Add a pinch of salt and adjust sweetener and lime to taste.
  2. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to meld the flavors.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Fold the cranberry mixture into the cream cheese gently, ensuring not to overmix.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This dip can be made the night before and will improve in flavor after chilling. Serve with sturdy crackers or toasted baguette slices. Avoid freezing as it affects the texture.
