  • 1/2 cup Sour cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese Sharp cheddar gives more flavor
  • 1 cup Cooked bacon Chopped small for best distribution
  • 2 tbsp Green onions Adds fresh bite
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder Start small and adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper Essential for flavor enhancement
  • 1 tbsp Optional ranch seasoning Can be added for extra flavor, use cautiously as it can be salty

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Soften the cream cheese for a few minutes to ensure it stirs easily.
  2. Mix cream cheese with sour cream (or Greek yogurt).
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese, chopped bacon, and seasonings.
  4. Taste and adjust salt, pepper, and garlic according to preference.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips, pretzel crisps, celery sticks, or toasted baguette slices. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. Allow it to sit at room temperature before serving again.
