Ingredients
  

Dough and Toppings
  • 1 pound Pizza dough (homemade or store bought)
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil (optional) Helps the butter spread
  • 1 to 1.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt Skip if your butter is very salty
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup Grated parmesan
  • a pinch Dried oregano or Italian seasoning (optional) For pizza shop vibe
  • to serve Warm marinara sauce For dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat your oven to 425°F. If your oven runs hot, 400 to 415°F is fine.
  2. Shape the dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface, about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 8 to 12 strips.
  3. Place the strips on a parchment lined baking sheet. Cover loosely and let them sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 10 to 14 minutes, until lightly golden. Watch closely as timing can vary.
Finishing Touches
  1. While they bake, melt the butter and stir in the garlic powder, salt, and optional oregano.
  2. Brush the baked breadsticks generously with the garlic butter, then sprinkle parmesan while the butter is still hot.
Serving
  1. Let them settle for 2 minutes, then serve with warm marinara. Brush with additional butter and sprinkle more parmesan if desired.

Notes

Store unused Crazy Bread in a sealed container and reheat in the oven. Adjust garlic and parmesan to taste for different flavor profiles.
