Preparation
- Heat your oven to 425°F. If your oven runs hot, 400 to 415°F is fine.
- Shape the dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface, about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 8 to 12 strips.
- Place the strips on a parchment lined baking sheet. Cover loosely and let them sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
Baking
- Bake for about 10 to 14 minutes, until lightly golden. Watch closely as timing can vary.
Finishing Touches
- While they bake, melt the butter and stir in the garlic powder, salt, and optional oregano.
- Brush the baked breadsticks generously with the garlic butter, then sprinkle parmesan while the butter is still hot.
Serving
- Let them settle for 2 minutes, then serve with warm marinara. Brush with additional butter and sprinkle more parmesan if desired.
Notes
Store unused Crazy Bread in a sealed container and reheat in the oven. Adjust garlic and parmesan to taste for different flavor profiles.
