Preparation
- Toast the pecans in a dry pan over medium heat for a few minutes until fragrant.
- Chop half of the toasted pecans finely for the cheese mix.
- In a big bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and honey. Mix until smooth and fluffy.
- Fold in the dried cranberries, green onions, and half of the chopped pecans.
- Chill the mixture for 15 to 20 minutes.
Shaping
- Scoop the cheese mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a cone, resembling a Christmas tree.
- Chill again for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
Decoration
- Unwrap and press the remaining chopped pecans all over the outside.
- Decorate with parsley, cranberries, and a rosemary sprig on top.
Notes
Make ahead by preparing the cheese mixture up to 3 days in advance. Shape and garnish shortly before serving to ensure freshness.
