  • 6 cups Apple cider Fresh or shelf stable
  • 2 cups Cranberry juice 100% cranberry juice for tartness or cranberry cocktail for sweetness
  • 4 cups Sparkling water or ginger ale Pick your bubble level
  • 1 cup Fresh cranberries Optional, for garnish
  • 1 large Orange Sliced, for garnish
  • 3 cups Ice Or use frozen fruit to avoid dilution
Optional cozy add-ons
  • 2 sticks Cinnamon For extra warmth
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary Garnish for aroma
  • 1 splash Lemon juice To brighten up the flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chill the apple cider, cranberry juice, and sparkling water or ginger ale.
  2. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, pour in the apple cider and cranberry juice. Give it a gentle stir.
  3. Add the orange slices and fresh cranberries. Optionally, toss in rosemary sprigs.
Serving
  1. Right before serving, pour in the sparkling water or soda and stir gently.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness or tanginess by adding more cider or cranberry juice.
  3. Serve over ice or with frozen fruit to keep it cold.

Notes

Use cold ingredients to maintain fizz. Add bubbles at the end to keep the punch lively. For a sweeter punch, opt for cranberry cocktail.
