  • 2 cups Cooked shredded chicken Rotisserie chicken is perfect
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Full fat makes it richest
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix Or your favorite homemade blend
  • 6 slices Cooked bacon Crumble as much as you like

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a casserole dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with softened cream cheese and the ranch seasoning.
  3. Stir in most of the bacon crumbles, saving some for the top.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining bacon on top.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, until it’s hot and bubbly. Optional: bake a few extra minutes for a slightly browned top.

Notes

Use warm chicken for easier mixing, avoid overbaking to maintain creaminess, and feel free to add sour cream or jalapeños for variation.
