Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with softened cream cheese and the ranch seasoning.
- Stir in most of the bacon crumbles, saving some for the top.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining bacon on top.
Baking
- Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, until it’s hot and bubbly. Optional: bake a few extra minutes for a slightly browned top.
Notes
Use warm chicken for easier mixing, avoid overbaking to maintain creaminess, and feel free to add sour cream or jalapeños for variation.
