Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken breasts Thin cutlets or pounded for even thickness
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For marinating and cooking
  • 3 cloves garlic Minced, for marinade and sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice Freshly squeezed for marinade
  • 1 tbsp honey For adding a touch of sweetness
  • 1 tsp salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika For flavoring
For the Wraps
  • 4 large tortillas Flour or low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese Shredded for melting
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese Finely grated for added flavor
For the Garlic Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Base for the sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice Adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp salt To taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper To taste
  • 1 tbsp parsley Optional for garnish

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, honey, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for deeper flavor.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat a grill pan or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook chicken for about 5 minutes on each side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 20-30 seconds per side.
  2. Spread a generous layer of garlic sauce on each tortilla.
  3. Place sliced chicken, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese on the tortillas.
  4. Fold the sides in and roll the wrap tightly.
Finish the Wraps
  1. Place the wraps seam-side down in a hot skillet and toast for 2 minutes on each side until golden.
