- Grab a tall glass, as this drink is best served ice cold.
- Fill the glass about halfway with ice.
- Pour in about 3/4 cup of white grape juice.
- Add about 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
- Toss in a small handful of freeze dried strawberries (or a few sliced fresh ones).
- Stir gently and let it sit for 30 seconds so the strawberries can infuse their flavor.
- For an extra cold drink, shake all the ingredients together in a jar with a lid before pouring over fresh ice.
Notes
Use freeze dried strawberries for the best flavor. Keep a bag in your pantry for convenience. This drink can be made in a pitcher ahead of time; just combine juice and coconut milk, refrigerate, and add ice and strawberries before serving.
