Method

Preparation
  1. Grab a tall glass, as this drink is best served ice cold.
  2. Fill the glass about halfway with ice.
  3. Pour in about 3/4 cup of white grape juice.
  4. Add about 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
  5. Toss in a small handful of freeze dried strawberries (or a few sliced fresh ones).
  6. Stir gently and let it sit for 30 seconds so the strawberries can infuse their flavor.
  7. For an extra cold drink, shake all the ingredients together in a jar with a lid before pouring over fresh ice.

Notes

Use freeze dried strawberries for the best flavor. Keep a bag in your pantry for convenience. This drink can be made in a pitcher ahead of time; just combine juice and coconut milk, refrigerate, and add ice and strawberries before serving.
