Cheese and Seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese Grate your own for best results.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a big pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sliced carrots. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until softened.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the veggies and stir for 1 minute.
Cooking
  1. Slowly pour in the broth while stirring until smooth.

Notes
