  • vanilla extract Optional, for added sweetness.
  • pinch of cinnamon Optional, for flavor.
For the Iced Coffee
  • 1 cup iced coffee or cold brew Use strong cold coffee for best results.
  • ice Ice For serving.
  • sweetener Optional, to taste.

Method

Preparation
  1. Make your coffee cold using cold brew, leftover coffee, or brew a strong cup and chill it.
  2. In a small cup, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of cookie butter and 2 tablespoons of milk, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add another 1/4 to 1/3 cup of milk or cream to the cookie butter mixture. Use a handheld frother or blender to foam it for 15 to 25 seconds until fluffy.
  4. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the cold coffee, and add sweetener if desired. Spoon or pour the cookie butter foam on top.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle cinnamon or crushed cookie crumbs on the foam for decoration.

Notes

Taste the foam before serving; adjust sweetness by adding a drop of vanilla or a pinch of salt if needed. This drink pairs excellently with cookies.
