Ingredients

For the pizza
  • 2 cans crescent roll dough Use crescent roll sheets if available for easier shaping.
  • 1 cup pizza sauce Spread a thin layer to avoid sogginess.
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded For melt and stretch.
  • 1 cup mini pepperoni You can substitute with cooked crumbled sausage or chopped ham.
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, sliced For decoration, keep it light to avoid sogginess.
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning For added flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough into a large rectangle.
  4. Cut the dough into a large triangle shape for the tree.
  5. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on the triangle, leaving a border around the edges.
  6. Add the mozzarella cheese, followed by the mini pepperoni and sliced green bell pepper.
  7. Slice small strips down both sides of the triangle for the branches, leaving the center intact.
  8. Twist each branch gently to shape them.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before transferring to a serving board.

Notes

Assemble the pizza ahead of time, cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. For crispy edges, avoid watery toppings and use pat dried vegetables if needed. Best served warm with dipping sauces like marinara, garlic butter, or ranch.
