  • 1 wheel Brie cheese Soft cheese
  • 4 oz Aged cheddar Sharp firm cheese
  • 4 oz Gouda Nutty option
  • 4 oz Blue cheese or feta Crumbly option
Meats
  • 4 oz Prosciutto
  • 4 oz Salami
  • 4 oz Soppressata Mild option
Crunch
  • 1 box Crackers Variety of shapes
  • 1 box Crostini
  • 1 box Breadsticks
Fruits
  • 1 cup Red grapes
  • 1 cup Green grapes
  • 1 cup Pomegranate arils
  • 1 cup Clementine segments
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 2 slices Apple or pear Brushed with lemon
Pickles and Briny Bites
  • 1 cup Castelvetrano olives
  • 1 cup Cornichons
  • 1 cup Marinated artichokes
Extras
  • 1 cup Nuts
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1 jar Fig jam
  • 2 tbsp Hot honey
  • 1 tbsp Whole-grain mustard
Garnish
  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary For decoration

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by placing a small empty bowl for dip or honey as the top of the tree.
  2. Form a short row of green grapes under it to mark the top of your tree.
  3. Build each row wider as you go down, using cheeses and meats as ornaments.
  4. Slice cheeses and fan the pieces into short rows.
  5. Add fruits and nuts while leaving space for visual appeal.
  6. Finish the board by placing crackers at the bottom as the trunk.

Notes

Assemble the board up to 2 hours ahead and keep it loosely covered in the fridge. Add crackers and nuts right before serving.
