Preparation
- Measure the cereal and place it in a large bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in short bursts (20-30 seconds), stirring in between until smooth. Add vanilla and salt.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently fold until most pieces are coated.
- Transfer the coated cereal to a zip-top bag or a bowl with a lid. Add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let cool for 10-15 minutes.
Notes
Can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature. Refrigerate if it's warm or humid.
