Preparation
- Line an 8 inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, add chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until smooth.
- Once smooth, add peanut butter and butter; stir until glossy and combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the mixture into the lined pan and smooth the top. Optionally, sprinkle sea salt or swirl warmed peanut butter on top.
- Chill in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours until firm, then lift out and cut into small squares.
Notes
Keep the heat low while melting. Sweetened condensed milk is essential for the right texture. For best results, chill fully and cut with a warm knife.
