  • 4 tbsp Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar For that real cookie dough vibe

  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt Tiny but important
  • 2 tbsp Milk Splash or two to loosen the dip
  • 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips Mini spreads out better, but regular works too
  • 1/2 cup Heat treated flour (optional) For classic cookie dough flavor

Preparation
  1. Beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in the brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  3. If the mixture feels thick, add milk one tablespoon at a time until it is scoopable.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips gently at the end so they do not get smashed.
  5. Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor and texture.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4-5 days. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes at room temperature if too stiff to scoop, or stir in a splash of milk to loosen. For best results, do not microwave the ingredients to soften; let them sit at room temperature.
