Preparation
  1. In a large pot, heat a little oil and sauté the onions and peppers until they soften and smell sweet.

  6. Shred the chicken directly in the pot and stir well.

Notes

Don't skip the lime; it brightens the entire dish. For creamy soup, add cream cheese or heavy cream at the end. Feel free to customize with different toppings for added texture and flavor.
