Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Prepare the cherry filling by using canned pie filling or cooking down fresh cherries with sugar and lemon juice until glossy.
  3. To create the sealing slurry, mix water and flour in a small bowl.
Assembly
  1. Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and add about 2 tablespoons of the cheesecake filling and a spoonful of cherry filling to the center.
  2. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with the slurry, fold over to create a triangle, then seal by pressing edges together.
  3. Repeat with remaining wrappers until all filling is used.

  2. Lightly spray or brush oil on the egg rolls.
  3. Place in the air fryer in a single layer and cook for about 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.

Notes

Keep wrappers covered to prevent drying out; if using fresh cherries, ensure they are properly pitted and cooked down. Dipping sauces can enhance the dessert experience.
