Ingredients
  

Filling Ingredients
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Regular, not whipped
  • 1 cup Cherry pie filling Canned is easiest, but homemade is great too.
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar Adjust according to your taste.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Use real vanilla if possible.
Wrapper and Topping Ingredients
  • 8 pieces Egg roll wrappers Found in the fridge section.
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter Brushed on top for extra crispiness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Spoon a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Add a scoop of cherry pie filling on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Wrap the egg roll tightly, sealing the edges with a dab of water if necessary.
  5. Brush the tops of the egg rolls with melted butter.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket without crowding them.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes, then flip them and cook for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Let the egg rolls sit for a minute before serving to avoid burns.

Notes

For storage, keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days; reheat in the air fryer for best results. Avoid freezing. Feel free to experiment with different fillings such as blueberry or Nutella.
