Preparation
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess grease.
- Sprinkle in taco seasoning and add a splash of water, simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Let the filling cool while prepping the dough and lining a baking sheet.
- Roll the pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into strips.
Assembly & Baking
- Add a spoonful of taco filling followed by a cheese stick on each strip of dough.
- Roll up the dough and pinch the seams and ends firmly.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool for 3 minutes before serving with dips.
Notes
Serve with salsa, sour cream, or taco sauce for dipping. Can be made ahead; cook filling up to 2 days in advance. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
