Preparation
- Cook your pasta until just tender, then drain it.
- Spread it on a towel or paper towels and pat it dry. Let it sit for 10 minutes if you can.
- Toss pasta with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 F if yours needs preheating.
- Add pasta in a single layer as much as possible. You can work in batches.
- Air fry for 8 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket every 3 to 4 minutes.
- In the last 2 minutes, sprinkle mozzarella and let it melt and crisp a bit.

Watch closely near the end of cooking, as air fryers vary widely in performance.
