Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment.
- Trim the rough end of the cabbage and slice it into 3/4 to 1 inch thick steaks.

Cheesy Topping
- Mix mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Optionally, dab a little softened butter on each steak before topping with the cheese blend.
- Bake for another 6 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly browned.
