Ingredients
  

Dressing Base
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened Full fat or low fat works.
  • 1/2 cup Whipped topping Like Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream.
  • 1/4 cup Sugar Or swap with honey if desired.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Use real vanilla for best flavor.
Fresh Fruits
  • 2 cups Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Grapes, halved
  • 1 banana Banana, sliced Add just before serving to prevent browning.
  • 1 cup Kiwi, peeled and sliced Optional.
  • 1 cup Pineapple, diced Optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Add the sliced fruit to the bowl and gently fold until the fruit is coated with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

To keep the salad fresh, pat fruit dry before mixing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and consider placing a paper towel on top to absorb excess moisture.
