Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Drain pasta and rinse quickly with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  4. Toss the pasta with a little olive oil to prevent clumping.
Preparing Salad
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped romaine, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. Add Caesar dressing and toss gently to coat.
  3. Fold in any optional ingredients if desired.
Serving
  1. Add croutons just before serving to maintain their crunch.

Notes
