- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish to form the crust.
- Chill the crust in the fridge for about 10 minutes to help it firm up.
- In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the chilled crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the instant butterscotch pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Pour this layer over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with another cup of whipped topping, smoothing it out evenly.
- Chill the dessert for at least 30 minutes before serving to help it set.
Notes
For best results, plan on making Butterscotch Delight the night before serving. Add any fresh toppings right before serving to prevent them from getting soggy.
