Preparation
- Measure the Rice cereal into a large mixing bowl.
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Heat in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently fold to coat.
- Add in crushed Butterfinger pieces and fold again to mix.
- Transfer to a zip top bag or container, add powdered sugar, and shake until coated.
- Spread mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 4-5 days. If warm, refrigerate but allow to sit out for a few minutes before serving.
