  • 2 cups Pretzels Mini twists or sticks both work.
  • 2 cups Mini marshmallows or bunny shaped marshmallows Bunny shapes add a festive touch.
  • 1 cup Pastel chocolate candies Mini eggs are perfect for this recipe.
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips or melting wafers Melting wafers preferred for easier melting.
  • 1/4 cup Easter sprinkles Optional, for additional decoration.

Preparation
  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a big bowl, mix crispy cereal and pretzels.
  3. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in short bursts, stirring frequently until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal and pretzels, gently stirring until most pieces are coated.
  5. Spread the mix onto the lined baking sheet in an even layer.
  6. While the chocolate is still tacky, sprinkle on marshmallows, pastel candies, and sprinkles.
  7. Let it set at room temperature until firm, then break into clusters.

Notes

If rushed, avoid placing in the fridge for setting as room temperature yields a better finish. Store in an airtight container for 5-7 days.
