- Wash and dry your lettuce leaves thoroughly.
- Set out the toppings like dressing, celery, cheese, and green onions.
- Spoon the Buffalo chicken into each lettuce cup and top as desired.
- Start with a small scoop, then add more if the lettuce can handle it.
Notes
Keep the chicken warm and lettuce cold for the best texture. Mix ranch or Greek yogurt with the chicken for creaminess. Use two leaves if using iceberg lettuce to prevent cracking.
