  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken Can also use leftover baked chicken or cooked chicken breast/thighs
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce Use your favorite brand or mix hot sauce with melted butter
  • 1 head butter lettuce Romaine hearts or iceberg work as alternatives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Optional for extra seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Optional for extra seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust according to preference

  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing Choose your preference

Method
 

Cooking the chicken
  1. If using raw chicken, dice it small and cook in a skillet with a little oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until done.
  2. Turn the heat down and pour in your Buffalo sauce, stirring until the chicken is coated.
Preparing the wraps
  1. Wash and dry your lettuce leaves thoroughly.
  2. Set out the toppings like dressing, celery, cheese, and green onions.
  3. Spoon the Buffalo chicken into each lettuce cup and top as desired.
  4. Start with a small scoop, then add more if the lettuce can handle it.

Notes

Keep the chicken warm and lettuce cold for the best texture. Mix ranch or Greek yogurt with the chicken for creaminess. Use two leaves if using iceberg lettuce to prevent cracking.
