  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken recommended)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce Start with a little less if you are nervous
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or a cheddar blend
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing Your call
Optional Toppings
  • to taste additional shredded cheese for the top
  • to taste sliced green onions For a fresh pop

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch or blue cheese dressing until it looks mostly smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken and about half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Spread it into a baking dish and top with the rest of the cheese.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly around the edges.

Notes

Can be prepared up to 24 hours ahead. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat before serving.
