Main Ingredients
  • 2 cans Refrigerated biscuit dough The simple canned kind.
  • 1 jar Pizza sauce Jarred is totally fine.
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese Use more for a cheesier bake.
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Or your favorite pizza topping.
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning Or a mix of oregano and garlic powder.
Optional Extras
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Black olives
  • 1 cup Cooked sausage For meat lovers' version.
  • 1 cup Diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup Diced onions

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters using kitchen scissors.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the biscuit pieces with pizza sauce and Italian seasoning.
  4. Fold in most of the mozzarella cheese.
Assembly
  1. Pour the biscuit mixture into a greased baking dish.
  2. Top with pepperoni and the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  2. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For a crispy top, consider covering with foil if it browns too fast. You can also make variations based on personal toppings or dietary preferences.
