- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and mix again until thick, like frosting.
- Mix in the brownie mix (or your flour and cocoa combo), plus a pinch of salt.
- Add vanilla extract.
- Pour in milk a little at a time until it becomes scoopable and dip friendly.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Chill for 20 to 30 minutes if you want it thicker, or serve right away.
Notes
For an extra treat, serve with strawberries, pretzels, crackers, and brownie chunks. To make it fancy, sprinkle mini chips on top and add a pinch of flaky salt. Store leftovers covered in the fridge.
