Ingredients
  

For the Espresso
  • 2 shots Espresso or strong brewed coffee Use strong coffee if espresso machine is unavailable.
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar Use light or dark brown sugar.
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon Adds a cozy aroma.
For the Cold Foam
  • 1 cup Oat milk Use barista style for best foam.
  • 1 cup Ice Fill glass with ice.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew 2 shots of espresso.
  2. Stir in brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon while hot.
  3. Add a handful of ice to a shaker jar.
  4. Pour in the sweetened espresso.
  5. Shake hard for about 15 to 20 seconds to chill and froth.
Serving
  1. Pour the shaken espresso into a glass packed with ice.
  2. Add oat milk to taste.
  3. Top with cold foam.

Notes

For best results, shake vigorously. You can also make a quick syrup with brown sugar and hot water for smoother sweetness. Don't overload on cinnamon – a pinch is sufficient.
