Ingredients

For the Cold Foam
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream For that thick, spoonable foam
  • 2 tablespoons milk Any kind works, but 2 percent or whole foams nicely
  • 1-2 teaspoons brown sugar Start with 1, taste, then adjust
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon Optional but highly recommended
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional, but it rounds everything out
  • a tiny pinch salt Enhances flavor

Method

Preparation
  1. Dissolve the brown sugar: In a small cup or bowl, stir the brown sugar into the milk first to help it melt.
  2. Add cream and flavor: Pour in the heavy cream, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Stir for a few seconds.
  3. Froth it up: Use a handheld frother for about 15 to 30 seconds until thick and airy.
  4. Spoon or pour over iced coffee: Hold back the foam with a spoon and let the rest drizzle on top for a fancy presentation.

Notes

Ensure to use cold ingredients for better frothing. Adjust sugar to taste and experiment with foam thickness by changing the cream and milk ratio.
