Crust
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers
  • 1/4 cup sugar for the crust
  • 1/2 cup melted butter to bind the crust
Creamy Layer
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese make sure it is softened for smooth texture
  • 1 cup powdered sugar adjust based on sweetness preference
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping or homemade whipped cream
Blueberry Topping
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling or homemade blueberry sauce
Optional Garnishes
  • 1 tsp lemon zest for added brightness
  • 1 pinch salt to balance sweetness
  • 1/2 cup extra blueberries for topping

Preparation
  1. Mix the crust by stirring the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9x13 dish using the bottom of a measuring cup to make it neat.
Making the Creamy Layer
  1. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping, careful to maintain fluffiness.
  4. Spread the creamy layer over the prepared crust.
Adding the Topping
  1. Spoon the blueberry filling over the creamy layer and spread it out carefully.
  2. Avoid digging too deep to keep the layers intact.
Chilling
  1. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but overnight is preferred for best results.

Notes

For best results, use softened cream cheese to prevent lumps. Don't rush the chill time, as the dessert needs to set properly. You can customize the crust and topping based on personal preference.
