  • 1 cup shortbread crust must cool fully
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for dusting
Berry Trifle Cups
  • 1 loaf store bought pound cake cut into cubes
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 cups mixed berries
Peanut Butter Chocolate Rice Cereal Squares
  • 3 cups rice cereal
  • 1 cup peanut butter for binding
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup honey or syrup for sweetness
Mini Key Lime Pies in Jars
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers for crust
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup whipped topping for garnish
Strawberry Pretzel Salad
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened

Method

  1. Layer Oreo cookies and whipped topping with a little vanilla extract, chill overnight, and slice.
Lemon Bars
  1. Prepare a shortbread crust, let it cool fully, then chill.
  2. Dust with powdered sugar right before serving.
Berry Trifle Cups
  1. Layer pound cake cubes, whipped cream, and mixed berries in individual cups.

  1. Combine all ingredients, press into a pan, then cut squares to serve.
