Preparation
- Tear the croissants into big chunks and spread half in a buttered baking dish.

- Let it sit for 10 minutes, then press the bread down one more time.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Baking
- Preheat the oven and let the dish sit at room temperature.
- Bake at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes until puffed and golden.
- If browning too fast, tent with foil for the last 10 minutes.
