Preparation
- Chill the glasses for a few minutes to keep the float thick.
- In the chilled glass, add a drizzle of chocolate syrup at the bottom.
- Place one scoop of ice cream in the glass.
- Pour 2 ounces of Bailey's over the ice cream.
- Slowly pour 4 ounces of cream soda or cola down the side of the glass.
- Add the second scoop of ice cream and repeat the pouring with the soda.
- Top with toasted marshmallows and crushed graham crackers.
Notes
For variations, consider using chocolate ice cream, swapping soda for cold brew coffee, or adding salted caramel sauce. This recipe is meant to be messy and fun!
