Batter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the chopped bacon to the skillet and cook until crispy, then drain fat.
  4. Stir in garlic powder and onion powder.
Assembly
  1. Pour the beef and bacon mixture into a greased pie dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and flour together until smooth.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the beef in the pie dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Baking
